8. Payment of 2nd fee installment until 7th day of training.
9. Client operations and V&A round around 10th day of training
(conducted by Mphasis Managers)

assessments else candidate faces immediate elimination from the
process.
10. V&A assessment conducted by Mphasis after 15 day training for
candidates selected in client ops round.
* Candidates who score at least 80 in this assessment are eligible to
graduate to Technical training.
* Candidates who score less than 80 in this assessment go through a
refresher V&A training again for 5-7days and reappear for
* Client assessment.
* Candidates who clear re-assessment move to tech training and one’s
who do not clear have to go through a 15day V&A retraining.

12. Payment of 3rd and final fee installment between 7th and 14th day
of training.
13. Technical assessment conducted by Mphasis after 15 day training
for candidates.
* Candidates who score at least 80 in this assessment are eligible to
onboard Mphasis as per date assigned by client.
* Candidates who score less than 80 in this assessment go through a
refresher Technical training again for 5-7days and reappear for

* Candidates who clear re-assessment move for on boarding and one’s
who do not clear have to go through a 15 day Technical retraining.
14. Candidate who clears Technical assessment and Background
Verification is complete and clear by the client onboard Mphasis on
the date assigned by the client in the respective location
Pune/Mangalore.
15. Payment Details
# 1. FIRST Installment = 10,000/= ( Next day of the Assessment program )
# 2. SECOND Installment = 10,000/= ( before the 7th Day of the Training )
# 3. THIRD Installment = 5,000/= (after the V&A assessment)
