1. Should have QA life cycle knowledge
2. Should be able to provide mentorship and guidance to individual team members and assist them in writing test scenarios/scripts
3. Preferable to have product Experience on DOM/COM/SOM knowledge
4. Should be able to provide inputs for improvements and enhancements to testing/quality strategy
5. Should be able to co-ordinate all testing activities internally and with onsite/customer teams
6. Should be able to lead the testing team and takes responsibility of test planning and execution
7. Should be able to automate 40-50% of testing
(Test automation experience is a plus)
